At CarLogistic, we make car delivery across Europe simple, transparent, and safe. Here's how the process works:
1. You submit a request
Fill out a short form on the website: specify the pickup and drop-off locations, car details, and preferred timeframes. You can register as an individual or a company.
2. We select a carrier
Based on your request, we choose a reliable transport company from our network of partners. You don't need to waste time searching, calling, or comparing — we take care of everything.
3. You make the payment
After confirming the terms in your account, you’ll receive an invoice. All documents (including VAT invoice) are available online. Payments are made via bank transfer with clear terms.
4. Full process tracking
After payment, delivery begins. You can track the status in your account — from pickup to final delivery. We also take photos before and after transport, so you can see the condition of your car at each stage.
5. You receive the car
Your vehicle is delivered to the specified location — right to your doorstep or a designated pick-up point. We notify you upon completion and close the order.
